Light Brown eyeliner, not too heavy will give it a glow like Alexa Chung, and if you dont know who she is, google her. And then some Brown or Black Mascara, and then if you want, really light brown eye shadow, but apply it VERY VERY lightly, or it wont look right!
You could use dark brown eye liner and get sunset eye shadow (5.00 at drugstores) When you put on the eyeshadow, put it on from lightest to darkest so it blends together well. Put, Very black mascara. Mineral blush brown not pink. Nude Lipstick (7:30 at Target.) Hope I helped.
