i have hazel eyes. when i feel like bringing out more of the green, i line my eyes with dark brown liner. (lancome's black coffee) and using just a tiny bit of a shimmery lightish brown (bobby brown is my personal favorite for all shadows). i suggest if you want a more youthful look, i'd go for the more pastel type colors. pale pink, lavender, light blue, etc.

usually when I use pinks, purples, reds, and browns is when my eyes stand out the most
some bright blues
and even some oranges and yellows but these don't work on every skin tone
I have green eyes too! The best thing is Purple! Browns are ';Ok'; but Purple is the BEST! good luck!!!!~~~~~~~
