I have black hair, green eyes and fair skin. What makeup colors should I use?

You want to use cool tone or neutral colors. The warm/earth tones will not flatter you as much as the cool or neutral tones. Black or grey eyeliner, purple or some other cool tone or greys for neutral would be good for you to wear for eyeshadow, and a plum, rosy or pink color for your lips and blush are all good choices for you.

greenish like a hazle colored eyeliner and black mascrea and green eyeshadow that will do it!I have black hair, green eyes and fair skin. What makeup colors should I use?
Eyes- Do not use a color that is the same color as your eyes. This may look strange or even creepy. Go for a more subtle color that contrasts with your eyes. A light pink would be good. Put the pink on the bottom part of your eyelid and spread a bit father for maximum innocence. To add an extra special touch to your eyes take a silvery or glittery color and put on the upper eyelid, below the brow. Put little of this color and drag on tho the outer part of the pink mixing the two colrs together. If you use to shades of the same color remember to use the darker shade under and the lighter shade above. To make your eyes pop out even more apply black or brown liner to the bottom of your eye and drag it out about half a centimeter. Then make a small line of liner where the lashes meet. This creates a sort of Cleopatra look.

Face- Try not to use foundation. It will only add more of a ';fake'; look to your complexion. Instead use a rosy blush on your cheeks and make to circles on your cheeks. After this drag it out and bring it onto your cheekbones, this will create a porcelein, delicate look for your light complexion. For a quick zit-zap use a light cover up that is a tad yellower than your skin tone.

Lips- Using dark colors will only resolve to looking pale and strange. Instead use light pink, peach or even caramel colored lipsticks for a more natural look. To add a bit more glam apply a coat of shimmering lipgloss to your lips after.

Lashes- If your lashes are already dark and long use a clear, volumizing mascara. This will make your lashes seem to be more and also add a special flare. If your lashes are blond or light browne tipped use a black mascara. For special events put on a glittery or even colored mascara.

Brows- Using tweazers shape your brow into any shape you like. Arching brows will make you look more mature and even older while straight brows will make you look shy and innocent. After shaping the brow fill in with an eyebrow pencil of a color slightly lighter than yours.

EXTRA: Hair- If your hair is long and straight apply a mousse or spray it with any product that makes your air shinier and glossy. Then pin it back with a monster clip or pin it to the side of your head with a flower clip. If it is long and curly spray it with a good hairspray and tie it into a loose or messy bun. For more casual events simply tie your hair into a side ponytail. If your hair is short, curly or straight simply use multi colored clips and pull a bit of hair back by your head. All these styles can be done with or without bangs.

Oh your coloring sounds so lovely. I'd just wear a light powder foundation, mascara and a pinkish-red lip gloss for every day. For evening, a mauve colored eyeshadow would look really nice.
dark grey on lid, light sparkely grey above. i looks great and i have seen it on quite a few girls with black fair and brown eyes
champagne, baby pink, deep browns
I would do something dramatic and bold.

this website might give you some great ideas:-)
The hot look going into fall is smokey eyes. Green eyeshadow looks good on green eyes, and you can create the smokey look with muted greens. I found some great tips on posh-cosmetics.com when I recently bought some eyeshadow from the site I really like. They also have info on current trends and application.
