uuse a light cream colored eye shadoww on top and a dark beige on the bottom parrt, but not too much. lots of mascaraa alwayys:) brown eyelineeer. iddk how old you are..so that might be too much? you can always make things more dramatic if your face can handle it.Dark Brown Eyes and Hair. i would go for a deep brown eyeliner and a light brown eyeshadow- keep it natural - as if u have nothing on. then keep a simple peach lip stain and over it a gloss. go bold with your outfits and hair- the face it just the foundation of ur look.
Purples and blues maybe . is your skin more pinkish or neutral ?
