If you have big eyes all you need is a little bit of black eyeliner on the inside of your lid and some volumizing mascara. That is all I wear and I love the way my eyes look.
use eyeliner, mascara, or eyeshaddow, or all three!

I have brown eyes as well and I find that bright shirts such as a green along with a matching eyeshadow and a bit of eyeliner really make my eyes pop and draw more attention to the color.

IF YOU HAVE BROWN EYES USE LAVENDER COLORS SOUNDS STRANGE BUT IT WORKS ON ME OR GREEN SHADES LOOK GOOD.
If you're talking about having a really late night, and to make them more brighter and less sleepy, use a white eyeliner on your lower lid like you were making a smokey eye.

Hi there. I have brown eyes too and purples really work for me. I like the purple liners from Mary Kay as a stick and the HIP creme liner. If you line the entire eye both upper and lower with the liner and then smudge it, not only will your eyes pop, but they will appear brighter as well. And don't forget to use a great eye liner. My favorite is by Rimmel with the comb brush. This really makes it so that your lashes don't clump. Good luck!

Eye shadow--Use gold, bronze, khaki pewter, navy blue, mauve pink and fleshy tones. They are great colors for your brown eyes!





Here are a few more tips:


Before applying mascara, curl your lashes with a lash curler to open up your eyes. This is helpful to frame your eyes.





Do not overload your eyes with mascara in hopes of creating thick lashes. It will look too thick and unattractive

Eyeliners can be worn with or without eye shadow. But... if you're wearing eyeshadow, apply eyeliner. Also, don't line the entire lower lash line.





No one needs to wear three eye shadows at the same time, two shades-- a base and a defining tone are enough.





Plucking your eyes brows will make the whole eye area seem larger. But don't over-tweeze your eyebrows, follow the ';less is better'; approach.

First line your eyes with brown or lavendar eyeliner and then on the inside corners of your eyes, add some white eyeliner. Also a shimmery white eyeshadow looks beautiful too.

Definitely add a bright color, like blue, green, or purple, on your upper lid. Find an eyeliner that compliments that color, especially brown, and try to avoid grays and black because they will actually dull the look you're going for. Last, apply a white eye shadow both below and above your eyes--that'll make them pop. To make it even more dramatic, use a white eyeliner.
What you need to do is to put on lipstick like really bright lipstick then you need to put sparkaly eye shadow except I don't think it is called eye shadow.
