Don't use harsh black liner around the entire eye. This makes eyes look smaller. Do the entire top and half of the bottom starting from about the center. For daytime use dark brown rather than black.





Well groomed eyebrows open up the face and make eyes appear larger.

Well, if you want them to look larger then you should find a good quality eye-liner to use. Also after putting the liner on you should use a fine makeup brush and line your eyes with a flattering dark color of powder. Don't forget to always use black mascara! Find a brand that is dark, and doesn't clump(I like covergirl and revelon)





Another thing to do would be to line the insides of your lids(right above/below your lash line) with a white liner. This makes your eyes look larger, and ';pop'; as you say.
Use black eyeshadow and black eyeliner on both top and bottom lids.
Put black eyeliner all the way around the bottom lid %26amp; top lid.
