What sort of makeup is good for big eyes?

u need to use eyeliner, and it more depends whats the shape of ur eyes? if u have round shaped eyes, a very thin line on ur upper lid which starts exactly from the corner of ur eye and is having a long tail at the end of eye in an upgoing shape will be the way to show them almond shaped and makes ur eyes look just the perfect size and shape.


if ur eyes are almond shaped, then u should not start the liner just from the corner of ur eye, it must be a short and rather thick line to open up ur eyes, use dark shades of eyeshadows like maroon, brown, and grey, they wont show ur eyes larger, and use any color of eye pencil inside ur eyes, blue and green or black, they usually make the eyes smaller, so since u have large eyes, they will be the perfectc option.What sort of makeup is good for big eyes?

I've got big eyes too, and i don't agree with some of the people saying to make them look smaller. Who wants squinty, un-noticeable eyes? You should embrace them and keep them their shape :) Eyeliner and Mascara...ESPECIALLY mascara will extinguish the eyes.

it depends on if you want to accentuate the largeness of your eyes, or make them appear smaller. lining both the top and bottom of your inner eye lid with eyeliner will make them appear smaller.


i have fairly big eyes and i use a very light eyeshadow, line my bottom lid with black eyeliner and black mascara on the top lashes only.

it would be much easier to see a good pic of u, but anyways big eyes r beautiful, i'm sayin this coz my eyes r big n i do like them, i think they're my best facial features so they always get extra care! determining the best way to wear makeup on ur eyes depends on ur eye color n shape, occasion, time of the day...etc but basically u're good to go w some eyeliner, let it be dark brown if u don't like intense black color on ur eyes, mascara n use an eyelash curler at all times!
I agree that if you have big eyes, you should definitely use a good eyeliner -- For big eyes, I like the fat liners from Sephora ($5 -- cant beat it) , Lorac, and especially BADgal by Benefit. $18. Smokey eyes and dark colors will work well so get a good smoky liner brush,(Sephora or Laura Mercier) -- they have soft but firm bristles but a nice pointy tip--xtra kool--


and a nice smudge brush (any brand is fine--firmly packed bristles) -- the Smokey eye kits from DUWOP, Stila, or Pop Beauty would all be good investments for your beautiful eyes. -- The Stila kit is awesome because you press a button and it talks you through creating the smokey eye witht the 4 colors provided -- but you also have to be familiar with the brushes they use in the kit cause they dont come with them and they aren't cheap either.
