use a white eyeliner pencil on your upper lid at the lash line and use green eye shadows and mascara. The white will lighten and brighten, the green with contrast with your brown eyes and the mascara opens the eyes.Question about eyes and makeup?
omg the same happens with me!
until i understood make-up could totally change the lighting of my eyes ... i was blank, but im gonna tell you that pink or and light shimmer as the base sprinkled lightly onto your whole eyelid and natural colors brings out your eye color, but a dark base and wild colors brings any eye color.
a little eyeliner and/or mascar would look fanstastic.
if you have just and almond or oval plain shaped eye, add some liquid liner to make them look chinkier .

try putting like a white liner on the um water line.
i would put blacks and browns but that's just me, i like the natural looks. but if you really want it to like POP then use like purple and blue and green and pink and all that crap for like an eye shadow(:

I use a taupe eyebrow pencil for eyeliner, it brightens the eye and yet it's not as obvious as a white eyeliner, I'd use the white eyeliner for when you want to go glam and like everyone else is saying, shades of green eyes shadows always make the eye pop
I have the same thing. My eyes are dark brown but they have red flakes in them. I just bought a new mascara from covergirl it helps brighten the color of your eyes. Also with brown eyes blue and purple really makes them pop.
wear purple and green eyeshadows. eyeliner, and mascara.
