What kind of makeup can be used to bring out the face and eyes in this type of shot?

What would you suggest?

i would say put two lighter shades of your skin tone at the inner corner of your eye. and you can put brown eyeliner half of the under lid to thin than thicker. and also with the top lid. place brown or black mascara to both eyes or eyelash curler. you don't have to do this but you can put green, grey, or blue contacts on your eyes if you wantWhat kind of makeup can be used to bring out the face and eyes in this type of shot?
first of all, beautiful eyes! I would begin with cleaning up the underneath of the inside of the brows. Next, extend the ends of the brows with pencil and shadow. I would begin the top eye liner from the top, inside (by nose) of the eye (thin) getting a little wider towards the end, then endding in a smudged out end. I would repeat the eye liner on the bottom, smudging end corners together. my eye colors would be smokey medium brown and plums. Eye liner would be dark brown. Then i would smudge an accent blue in the end corners of the eyes. I hope this is understandable, I'm usually demonstrating as i speak! Good luck!
One thing I've learned at Glamour Shots is that eyebrow makeup is critical to giving a balanced look with focus on the eyes. The model in the photo you've linked here definitely has her eyebrows done up fairly heavily. It's amazing what a difference eyemake up looks with vs. without the brow makeup.
Some metalic gold could really bring out blue eyes.
