i have blue eyes that sometimes look green and dark blonde hair with black streaks i want something dramatic but not slutty.. i want my eyes to pop and i think u no wat i mean

I have blue eyes are darkish hair too... i use a light shimmery eye shadow (iced coffee by Neutrogenia) and then I take black eyeliner and put in on the bottom part of my eye and then i use black mascara... it really makes you're eyes pop
