try wearing contact lenses if u are a 3.0 dear.. n as for ur eye n lip makeup.. it depends on wots ur skin color n skin type..if u are light skinned n have a normal skin type i'd say use a darker eye shadow n a black eyeliner.. as for lipstick go for a chocolate brown..if u are dark skinned n have a normal skin type then use a white coloured eyeliner and the use a black eyeliner on it ..it'll give u a doe-eyed effect..n use a slightly light shaded lipstick..I like to wear makeup for my eyes though i had sight.pls suggest me.my sight is 3.0?
If you use glasses for vision correction, you can use any cosmetics. If like me you use contact lens, you need to be careful about cosmetics not getting into the eye.
On Asian skin tones, I like the look of liner on the upper or lower lid margins or both and mascara. On very light skin tones I think lining looks too stark. Shadow with or without a more ';smudged'; line looks better. On all kinds of skin color, mascara ';opens'; up the eyes. Lush lashes make the eyes stand out. Ofcourse these are just guidelines, so you need to experiment with what looks good for you.
I use liquid eyeliner to line the top of my lids. I prefer the more smudgy look of eye-pencils, but find the particles ';separate'; and tiny flecks could get into the eye. I use mascara sometimes, but I am careful not to get any into the eye when applying. I reserve eye shadow for special night-outs. I find the good brands of matte effect shadows have the least chance of bleeding or shedding flecks into the eyes.
Try and look for brands that say ';hypoallergenic';.
I use muted shades of lipstick in pinky-brown shades or tinted lip balm for every-day use. I dont bother with lining the lips first.
For special occasions I line my lips with pencil and then fill in with a color that is a shade lighter. I blend-in if the line is sharply visible as an outline. I may layer gloss on top and use a ';non-transfer'; product to avoid bleeding and the lipstick wearing off.
Again you need to experiment with the look that you prefer for lips.
Try visiting the cosmetic counter of a supermarket. They usually have very friendly staff who will teach you techniques and help you put together a look if you tell them whether you want natural, dramatic or somewhere in-between as your look.
