Looks like that girl used black liquid eyeliner and pencil. Oh, and mascara as well. Apply a bottom layer and top layer of black liquid eyeliner, then use a black eyeliner pencil to make the ';cat eye'; look at the ends. Lastly, just brush a touch of mascara on both your bottom and top lashes.How do I do the dark eyes for my makeup?
