I have redish-brown hair, gray blue eyes and very pale skin. I am wearing a black strapless dress what makeup?

Either a silver or a green smokey eye. Or heck, put silver over your eyelid and line your eyes with bright green eyeshadow. Get funky with it, if I see any more neutrals I think I'll scream.I have redish-brown hair, gray blue eyes and very pale skin. I am wearing a black strapless dress what makeup?
red heads look great in green.

If your more brunette than redhead than go for peach colorsI have redish-brown hair, gray blue eyes and very pale skin. I am wearing a black strapless dress what makeup?
Try a purple hue with pale pink to your brow. Two coats of mascara in black or brown. No lipstick, just clear gloss. Beautiful!
go with very light smokey eyes

or

brown eyeliner and sort or peach/light pink eye shadow with brown mascara

Makeup tips! Grey blue eyes, pale skin and blue & black hair (pic)?

Looking for a full out makeup regimen to try! I have never used foundation and just apply mascara, gloss and shadow in whatever color I feel like. Any suggestions for a basic layout of colors for me to work with so I can have a finished polished look for work?

http://picasaweb.google.com/Miranda.Whit鈥?/a>Makeup tips! Grey blue eyes, pale skin and blue %26amp; black hair (pic)?
Dear Pretty P / Mindy,

you have great features to work with and here are my suggestions.

Skincare:

Always use a mild facial cleanser, a alcohol free toner, moisturiser on the dry parts of the skin and a sunscreen across the whole face to your neck. This primes your skin and prolongs makeup on your skin.

Skin:

You have great skin (as what i see from the picture). Perhaps you would like to use a tinted moisturiser across the whole face for a more polish look when you need a more made up look.

I will keep your skin away from powder foundation as it will ended up looking too thick no matter how thinly it is applied due to your great skin.

A touch of concealer can be placed onto your under eyes. To bring light and covering the shadows there. Powder a sheer powder to set the concealer under the eyes.

Eyes:

I love your beautiful eyes.

However they are lost when you don't bring focus to them by drawing in your eyebrows. For your black/blue hair now, I will suggest to use something greyish taupe. This brings focus into your eyes, sculpting your face by bringing together focal points.

Your eyes are very deep set.

What i suggest is to keep too strong colours away as eye shadows.

You do not want your eye shadows to compete with your well coloured hair.

I would suggest using light beiges to soften the deep set of the eyes. This lessen the depth which will bring out the blueness of the eyes.

I will suggest lining the eyes with a deep dark bronze (to once again bring out the blueness of the eyes) eye liner. Mascara of deepest black can be used to add volume to your lashes. Try Covergirl Lash Blast to give beautiful non-clumping jet lack natural luscious lashes.

Use a white eye liner to line the water line of the eyes. This will pop out your eyes more, bringing more focus to the eyes.

If you want eye shadows to be used

- taupes

- metallic bronzes

- shimmery violets

- sheer lilacs in the inner corner of the eyes

will all bring your eyes out.

But note that lilacs/violets/purples will bring out the GREYness of your eyes, browns and bronzes will bring out the BLUEness of your eyes.

Why keep away from strong eye makeup? You have pale skin. Access eye makeup may create a look too hard for your features. Overly gothic, overly trying-to-be.

Cheeks:

A natural brown-pink blusher can be use sweeping from your apples towards the temples of your face, following your cheekbones can give you colour and sculpt the face.

Use a sheer pink over the apples after the brown-pink blusher is used to give a pop of colour upon the cheek.

Lips:

As your lower lips is thicker than the upper lips.

A natural lip colour, slightly darker than your own lips will be used to draw your upper lip. This thickens the upper lips and will equal out the shape of your lips.

Use any lip colour you want to complete the look.

A sheer lipstick (MAC lipstick in Viva Glam VI, Clinqiue Different lipstick in Guava Stain / Spiced Apple, Clinique Colour Surge Butter Shine Lipstick in Baby Baby / Praline, Covergirl TruShine lipstick in 440 Rosy Shine / 465 Peach Shine

Finish with a creamy gloss will do for a day look ( I love Revlon Super Lustrous lip gloss http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/Pro鈥?/a> and Clinique Superbalm Lip gloss http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc鈥?/a>

A night look might have you use a taupish red on the lips.

NOTE:

With your brightly coloured hair, try not to over apply makeup to compete with your hair as this distracts people from your gorgeous features.

I hope this helps. I am giving my 2cents worth from my makeup artist point of view, do check out my portfolio at http://www.flickr.com/photos/yeo_1978

Makeup tips! Grey blue eyes, pale skin and blue %26amp; black hair (pic)?
Well i think u should better apply light foundation or a tinted moisturizer just for a light coverage and flawless skin,,its better to buy long lasting one like maybelline superstay..then ur eyes are really deep in the pic so i think u can go for kohl inside ur eyes..also try the cat eye look with a maroon, black(occasionally) or brown liner(for professional look) apply red, violet eye shadows on ur eyes(on occasions)..they will suit u..apply mascara.. then apply bronzer on ur cheeks,,sometimes if u want a change u can also go for very light pink blush...and choose a mocha gloss or very light nude pink ,frosty pink gloss...normally long lasting lipsticks are the best for office use..good luck

Dark Brown Eyes and Hair. Makeup Tips?

I have short dark brown hair, medium sized dark brown eyes, fair skin, and a round face. I'm just wondering which colors and makeup styles would look best on me? I'd appreciate any suggestions =)Dark Brown Eyes and Hair. Makeup Tips?
uuse a light cream colored eye shadoww on top and a dark beige on the bottom parrt, but not too much. lots of mascaraa alwayys:) brown eyelineeer. iddk how old you are..so that might be too much? you can always make things more dramatic if your face can handle it.Dark Brown Eyes and Hair. Makeup Tips?
i would go for a deep brown eyeliner and a light brown eyeshadow- keep it natural - as if u have nothing on. then keep a simple peach lip stain and over it a gloss. go bold with your outfits and hair- the face it just the foundation of ur look.
Purples and blues maybe . is your skin more pinkish or neutral ?

Good makeup for my eyes?

I have Latina-Asian eyes.

They are average sized, but only a thin line shows of my eyes.

What eyeliner/eyeshadow tricks will make them look bigger, and not overwhelm them?

When I fill the whole line with eyeliner, they look terribly small.

I need some ideas.

thank you 鈾?Good makeup for my eyes?
You need to try white eyeliner on the bottom waterline, this will make your eyes appear bigger. Also remember that light colors make your features appear bigger and dark colors make your features appear smaller. You should go into your crease with a dark color to make your eyes look well defined. Message me for more information!Good makeup for my eyes?
try the smokey make-up (using black/gray) and avoid using very light colored eye shadows - those make your eyes look smaller.

also use a black eyeliner, that will help a lot!
Check out Marykay .com/kbajorek you can upload a picture of yourself and get many Ideas from the virtual Make over.
White eye liner *pencil* makes any eyes just POP out lol seriously i love it especially in the morning cuz my eyes look tired makes them POP out try it it works :)
use a sparkly dark brown with a plain black or very dark brown for your eyeshadow. for eyeliner, do not use light colors- use black or gray. do not use sparkly or shiny eyeliners- they will make your eyes seem smaller. use a combo mascara- volume and length. It will make your eyes look pretty big, and will draw attention to your eyes. When I have bags under my eyes and stuff, I always use those colors and mascara, so that no one will notice the bags. and if you want a more casual lok, use a bit of coppery eyeshadow on top of the dark brown.

Makeup? mainly eyes :D?

and pictures of the makeup would be appreciated too :D

and like suggestions on the color of clothes i should wear

please and thank you!Makeup? mainly eyes :D?
ok you need to cut the black liner and go with a more brown liner on the top lid only. and wear some powder no foundation. and use a hair straightening iron and help let it grow out by using olive oil once a week to deep condition your mane.Makeup? mainly eyes :D?
You have beautiful eyes. I like the depth of color and the shape.

I would suggest that you try green, pistachio colors, all green shades will look awesome on you.

Try experimenting with green/brown shades.

Have you checked out panacea81's youtube tutorials? If not, you definitely should!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6QH4AKhO鈥?/a>

As far as clothes go, try to avoid red, orange, yellow and blue with you hair and eye color.
I would suggest using gold/honey, deep violet or green eyeshadows. Brunnetes with brown eyes always look great in dark red clothing. Apply a rim of eyeliner to the top of your lashes and then apply green or purple to the bottom lash line. try urban decay eyeshadows, they really make eyes pop!http://urbandecay.com/getLook.cfm

  • With blonde hair, grey eyes, & a very pale, cool toned complexion, how should i do my makeup?

I recently dyed my naturally dark brown hair to a very pale blonde with platinum highlights.

Now my old makeup makes me look drab and plain! How can I compliment my new color more (especially with eye makeup)? With blonde hair, grey eyes, %26amp; a very pale, cool toned complexion, how should i do my makeup?
use warm, delicate tones-- light pinks and browns, and nothing too heavy. With blonde hair, grey eyes, %26amp; a very pale, cool toned complexion, how should i do my makeup?
Try this website it has some great tips. http://beauty.expertvillage.com/videos/c鈥?/a>
Warm tones, but not too much because of the fair skin.

You should look in those stars magazines, that is what they are all about.
u shuld do a nice tan or goldish eyeshadow i have brown hair with blonde high lights and everyone loves it when i where the tan colors so maybe it will work on u?!?! NEVER where very bright colors!! like green or orange like that.and no dark pink maybe a light pink mixed with white. use a wooden pencil eye liner do your bottom eyeliner first but not to much!! then go the bottom or your top lid, then get liquid eyeliner and do your top eyelid but dont do to much of that.
    pink eyeshadow,not to dark blush,lavender lipstick,add gloss.for nails,use lavender.The best colors for a blonde are lavender,violet,red,and sometimes skyblue
I wouldnt add dark eyeliner or anything like that. I would go with pinks and light,,light,,browns. and then some blush to add color. and dont wear dark lipstick

Makeup for green eyes, brown hair, light skin?

i have green eyes, brown hair, and pale skin...what makeup should i apply, and what colors...

btw i have really thick eyelashes so i really dont need mascara/eyeliner...

thanks!Makeup for green eyes, brown hair, light skin?
Go to this website and do the virtual makeover...pick a model that looks like you and play with colors you like. I'd recommend browns and pinks. Good luck and have fun!Makeup for green eyes, brown hair, light skin?
Purple and brown eyeshadows look great. Rose blush and pink-clear lipgloss. I would still put eyeliner on the top and blend it though. Try brown
    http://www.walgreens.com/store/pickcolor鈥?/a>
Well, I personally say you should use a very light coat of brown eyeliner, as it will look great with your green eyes. I also say use golds, browns, and tan colors for your eyeshadow. Blending would look gorgeous. I have pale skin myself, and I use True Match Porcelain foundation, and a powder from Signature Club A called ';Light Up';. It just makes my face sort of shine.

    That's my opinion, though. Mhmm.
    pink and purple

    those kinda colours
I love the triple split eye shadows in jungle I love these colors they are made by BEE LUSCIOUS COSMETICS and are gorgeous.
ok for green eyes ALWAYS use plummy or purpley/pinky colours!! they make your eyes POP soo much!
I never respond to these but I caught your question. You and I look very much alike, based on your description!

I recommend all shades of brown (but mainly richer browns) and pale, pale pink. Both of these tones look great on your eyes AND lips. Even with our thick eyelashes, eyeliner can be really sexy and dramatic. Black should be a staple.

For a very fresh and awake, stark, innocent look, try white eyeshadow on the eyelids. My tastes are different from many people, but I think it looks stunning.

Don't limit yourself and don't be afraid of color. These are the most flattering shades on us, but I still love to play with every color of the rainbow.
you sound so pretty! ok well I would suggest golds, browns, or greens. don't do bright colors like purple, pink, blue, red, etc. cuz that won't match with your eyes. Gold would look really nice if you just line it on your upper lash line. Hope this helped!

What's better makeup for blue eyes ?

    1. black eyeliner all around the eye - thin layer

will that look good ? ^^^What's better makeup for blue eyes ?
I have blue eyes also, depending on your skin tone black is good it's sometimes too harsh if you use a lot though, but what looks really good is purple. Violet eyeliner really brings out your eyes and makes them look even more blue.

If your talking eyeshadows, violet, blues, grays, and golds/browns look amazing also. I find that just a gold shimmery shadow really accentuates my eyes and makes them look really bright!

If you want your eyes to look really big, apply eyeliner on the top lid, and eyeliner on the bottom rim should only be applied 1/2 way from the middle towards the nose because allowing the upper and lower corners to meet makes the eyes look smaller.

Hope this helps! What's better makeup for blue eyes ?
    Blue Eyes:

As a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. Many have found using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.

    Drugstore Suggestions:

    1. Violets and Purples: CoverGirl Eye Enhancers, Trio Eye shadow, Dance Party #125, ~$5.00

    2. Gray and Deep Blue: Revlon ColorStay 12 Hour Eye Shadow, Sultry Smoke #342, ~$7.00

    3. Taupe: CoverGirl Eye Enhancers - Single Eye Shadow, Tapestry Taupe #760, ~$4.00
try just some mascara and eyeliner on the bottom, but make it thicker on the outside of the eye and thinner on the inside. also try some shimmery white for eyeshadow.
I have blue eyes and what i do is put eyeliner on my eyelid on my lash line and i put in on my water line on bottom i also use white eyeshadow a thin layer though dont pile it on gud luck :)
That wouldn't look bad, but usually I suggest to people who aren't goth to just use eyeliner on their top lid. Black and brown eyeliner looks fabulous on blue eyes.
yes that will look good. black accentuates the blue.
try mascara on the top and a thin line on the bottom then a little blue eyeshadow

    that will look great :)
For blue eyes brown or a smoky eye looks best.
use earthy tones to make the color stand out more. it looks really good i promise.

Violets, Lilacs and, Pinks... Makeup for Blue Eyed Blondes

Using shades of violet, lilac and pinks

We often find ourselves reaching for the same old colors year after year. In this section of Beauty.about.com, I will be putting together mini lessons of colors that you might never have considered.

In the graphic to the right you will see a face with several numbers pointing to different areas. Below, you will find details explaining what each number represents along with the necessary instructions for placement.

**Remember that the shape of your eyes, nose and face in general are going to be different from the next person who uses these colors. This is your time to play makeup artist. Use the colors suggested and try placements that you might never have tried before. You might find a brand new technique that you will love!

    1. Shadow for lid: Violet

    2. Crease: Use a little of the violet (above) and smudge it into the crease. A softer lilac should be used above the crease, over the

    brow bone.

    3. Liner: Periwinkle blue applied according to your eye shape. Try different placements if you aren't sure.

    7. Beneath Eye: A touch of smokey violet beneath lashes.

    4. Mascara: Several coats of eggplant (a deep purple-black), but watch for clumping.

    5. Blush: Combine pink and apricot. While it might sound strange to mix these two colors, I often find that the combination works better than either color used alone.

    6. Lips: All attention is going to be on the eyes, so a soft sugary pink will be all that is needed on the lips.

Peaches, Pinks and Greys... Makeup for Blue Eyed Blondes

Using shades of gray, peach and pink

    1. Shadow for lid: Smokey grey for a touch of mystery

. Crease: Deeper grey on brow bone.

    3. Liner: Black applied according to your eye shape. Try different placements if you aren't sure.

    7. Beneath Eye: A touch of the darker grey beneath lashes.

    4. Mascara: Several coats of black, but watch for clumping.

    5. Blush: Combine peach and pink until the color dissolves into a natural shade for your coloring.

    6. Lips: For a dramatic look apply russet and then work a tiny amount of pink to soften.
For eyes, most pastels (i.e. lavender, pale pink, light blue, etc.) are pretty, and peaches and golds/coppers will really make your eyes pop. Greys and silvers are also really pretty for night-time.

For lips, shades of pink look really great.

I could blind fold ur asian *** with dental floss u ******* nip

How about u ask a question on drivingI don't like my eyes..How can I make them bigger with makeup?
well people tell me that for asian girls if you use

your black eyeliner on the inside.

    like above your bottom lashes.

    but be careful.
I like my eyes to look bigger too

i use a thick mascara which tends to make your eyes look bigger and i also put a thin line on liquid eyeliner above my top eyelashes and a thick line above my bottom ones but on the bottom i use pencil mascara on the top i use luquid

make sure you thickly lay your mascara they should be noticed more then
dont be so down on yourself. your really young and totally adorable.

thats really not good for your self esteem.

    be happy with yourself.

but if you want some help adding eyeliner to your the top of your eyelids, like almost a 40's bedroom eye vibe can make your eyes look bigger. eyeliner to your bottom eyes can make them look smaller, espesially if you put it on the inside of you eyelid.

lots and lost of mascara on your top eyelashes and a small amount on your bottoms can make your eyes look so much bigger.

    i hope that helps
um no offense but they all wearing makeup and that is to make their eye look bigger so that's what you gotta do but the false eyelashes and everything you look beautiful by the way stay positive
Some Japanese put glue or tiny strips of tape on their eyelids to give them selves ';double eyelids,'; similar to those of about 50% of Japanese and Caucasions. It seems to me that this is in part due to the desire to make their eyes bigger (the glue effectively glues eyes open) but also due to the influence of and admiration for Western culture in Japan.

This video in a higher bit rate and with a slightly different beginning.

Some folks have kindly commented that:

    1) That the preference for double eyelids predates Westernisation, so therefore this aesthetic has nothing to do with wishing to look caucasian.

Reply: Please look at the pre-Meiji images of beautiful Japanese women

    http://tinyurl.com/4nbh7m

you will see that small eyes, with single eyelids were popular then. Admitedly whiteness and thin (but not long) noses were also considered beautiful. It seems to me that small features (small nose, eyes, and mouth) were considered to be beautiful (delicate perhaps).

    2) The preference for double eyelids has nothing to do with Westernisation but merely a current preference for LARGE eyes.
what you could do is.. use a dark eyeliner and put it on alot.. and use a sparkly shadow to put under your brow line to make your eye's look bigger.. use a brozeing powder for blush to make your cheek bones look higher. and also you could try to use a redy pink lip gloss to make your lips look fuller..

your absolutly gorgeous.. and your ex friend can kiss your *** because she's not even worth it.. she was just jelous of you and your beauty... dont depend on your mother to give you money there are ways to get it.. you can work for. ask your mom if you could clean up around your house for about 15 dollars.

your going to 8th grade.. your probably going to be more friends with the older girls in high school.

but if you need absolutly anything else feel free to email.

  • Is there any cream or makeup that will lighten up dark circles under your eyes?

:]Is there any cream or makeup that will lighten up dark circles under your eyes?
theres creams and stuff, but most dont work from my experience.

use concealer to cover them up :)

mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>Is there any cream or makeup that will lighten up dark circles under your eyes?
    concealerrrrrrr.

    it really works! (:
    one word: CONCEALER
    concealer works great.

    but,

i'll give you two options on how to get rid of the dark circles.

here is a refreshing, relaxing way.

    this is actually effective.

    here's what you'll need:

    two cold cucumber slices

    somewhere comfortable to lie down

optional* mp3 player or ipod or radio %26amp; timer.

lie down and take the two cold cucumber slices and place one on each eye -- lie down for 15 minutes or so.

while waiting, listen to the radio or your ipod/mp3 so you won't get bored. this is optional -- but if you get bored easily you're gonna need something for you to do during the 15 minutes. i recommend setting an timer for 15 minutes so you know when your time is up.

if this is still uneffective, try it again later or do the next option of getting rid of dark, bad circles.

here is another one -- the easiest, and quickest way.

it works great, i tried this before :]

    here's what you need:

    two washcloths.

    four ice cubes.

take one washcloth and put two ice cubes and wrap it.

take the other washcloth and do the same thing with the other ice cubes.

take the two cold ice cube wrapped washcloths and place it on top of your dark circles, for 3-4 minutes.

coldness gets rid of black, bad rings, dark circles and/or puffiness.

usually you get results the exact minute you finish, but if you don't you can always try tomorrow again. :]

    best of luck,

    x
benefit 'erase paste' is really good.

you can get it for $26 at sephora or ulta

right now i am using mac studio finish concealer- it's very thick... you can get for like $15 at MAC stores
yeah liquid foundation in a lighter color than your color (only slightly lighter ) applied like three times on me works .I have realy dark circles under my eyes. sometimes i don't wear face makeup just cover my dark circles and wear eyeliner mascara and it works.

oh yeah and i found this eyeshadow that is light kinda shiny and i tried that to brighten up under my eyes it worked . ad ixed that in with foundation . The under eye concealors usually look tacky if you get the cheap ones and they feel horrible on your skin .

just play with different makeups til you find one taht works for you
    Concealer... DUH
i dont know if this is what your looking for but more sleep will lighten those up.
At the drug store they sell little roller sticks that take them away. meanwhile use cover up/
    Teabags!
    I use this. http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>

It's cheaper than a lot of eye creams and it works really well.

Also it helps to eat broccoli.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! It's easy to make your eyes stand out when their blue! Any colour will work!, Black, white, green, it doesn't matter! (: Anyone know how to make dark brown eyes stand out?
Black or brown eyeliner with black mascara.
Brown and blue. Brown will give your blue eyes a contrast making them stand out. Also, maybe add a punch of blue like a blue eyeliner on the lower lid.
use dark eye liner i have blue eyes and i love them...

i try and show them off all the time...

you want to do it on the tops of your lids and the bottom put it on the inside of your lower part of your eye as well as smug it right below the inside of your eye.

dont use a blue on it at all!

    it looks trashy!

after your eyeliner use a smug stick and lightly go over it all.

then use a light to dark brown on your lid that as a lil bit of shin to it and a light pink right below your eye brows it will look great!
Brown eye shadow with brown mascara.
gray eyeshadow eyelid and some black eyeliner. light mascara(black)

I know that brown shadow compliments blue eyes very well. Try using a lighter brown on the lid and a darker one in the crease. Or, try brown eyeliner.
use black or navy blue mascara, and eyeliner (black or blue)on your top eyelid then apply a baby blue eyeshadow to your topl lids and blend in navy at the crease if you are a good applicater!1this will make your eyes pop!!
i also have blue eyes and i use a brown mascara and a blue eyeliner. i usually wear a white or blue or purple eyeshadow but any color would work wonderfully
I have blue eyes that everyone always notices!!! I use black eye liner with light brown eye shadow and i use a light (almost white) eye shadow right under my eyebrow to highlight my eyes. Also i take blue eye Shadow and put it right at the bottom of my eye lid and that brings out the blue in my eyes. Try not to over do it, sometimes less is more!!! Hope you find what your looking for!!! :)
a lot of dark (black) eyeliner and mascara.
i also have blue eyes...wht i would do is wear brown mascera, anddd then put some sparklish babyblue eyeliner on...i do it all the time and i get sooo many comments about it.
    dark eye shadow,brown mascara
    i have deep brown eyes

i wear almay bring it out and I'm playing to buy play it up soon

they have eyeshadow and mascara and eyeliner for ever eye color

What color are my eyes? What should I use for makeup?

Here's a picture of my eyes today:

    http://i463.photobucket.com/albums/qq351/emmy12021/get-attachmentaspx-1.jpg

In this picture they look more greenish than usual, but what should I use for makeup?

Thank you!!What color are my eyes? What should I use for makeup?
my eyes are exactly that coler XD!! what i use really brings them out is an eye shadow thing called intense i-coler play up the hazel and its by almay and it has three colers in it which they look like: the first one is that goes on your eyelid is like a purlple-gray coler. the second coler that goes on the top of your eyelid in the crease is a dark gray silver coler and the third coler that goes on your eyebrow bone is a whitish mixed with a lil silver. all these three colors together and in those spots make my eyes look amazing! or you could just buy a grayish silver color to go on your eye and that will look fine too :)What color are my eyes? What should I use for makeup?
Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also look good.

    also Apricots and taupes

Dark purples, plums and metallics.copper golds .

Any color of blue doesn't do green eyes justice.Silvers are not a good choice either.

focus on warm colors and avoid cool colors.
Grey NOT silver! it's not a common colour you see or people wear but grey eyeliner or eyeshadow goes really well for that eye colour, and ofcourse black. But if your looking for fun make up then i'd say eyeshadows with purple and gold tones.
Hazel. Pink eyeshadow works. And gray!
They are Hazel, and even if they were extra green

today.. i wouldn't label them as brown.

    very pretty (:
    Wow you have gorgeous eyecolor.

    lol maybe dark brown.
i say a nice shimmery brown, like urban decay midnight cowboy. very nice.
you should try brown eyeliners : )
    green blue

Blue eyes, fair skin, square face, dark brown hair...makeup/hair ideas?! pleaseeeee?

Dark brown hair to my breasts??? Im sorry I cant even pay attention to this question cause Im wondering WTF that means.....

    Putting makeup in eyes?

I was watching a video on YouTube about how to make eyes look bigger. The girl put the eyeliner on the lower inner rim of eyes. I never knew you could put makeup there. Is it safe? won't that get the eyeliner in your eye?

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=M4GVBkicnbUPutting makeup in eyes?
lol thats totally safe, i do it all the time. warning though, it comes of kinda fast because its so close to your eye, so youll have to reapply it throughout the day. oh and it really makes your eyes pop :DPutting makeup in eyes?
I have tried it and it hurts!!!! Dont try it!
The best thing i have found is Cover Girl Eyemaker .It's a eye brow and liner ';pencil';. It draws on the easiest and stays through the day if you don't rub your eyes. it's safe and very easy to use . Usually comes with a sharpener ,when it gests low simply sharpen it back into shape. Good Luck
do you mean the waterline? of course you can do it! you can even apply eyeliner on your upper inner rim!
Yes, it's safe. I've gotten eyeliner in my eye before, and it doesn't hurt (a little uncomfortable for a few seconds, though). It's not even toxic. :)
    lol

it's safe, don't worry. If any residue gets in your eyes, it is non toxic and gets washed away by the tears produced when a foreign object is detected on your eye. I put eyeliner on the inner rim all the time.
of COURSE you can put eyeliner there silly !!!!!!!!!

thats like askin if u can put lipstick on your lips..

eye LINER ..lines your eyes !

it doesnt get in your eye at all !!!

    its 100% safe ..

go for it ...live a little haha!
Yes, it is safe. You just have to be really careful. The first time I did that I poked my eye. it is annoying, but it doesn't really hurt. You just have to keep your eye open and be careful. It really ends up looking quite pretty once you get it down.
It's perfectly safe and frames the eyes. If you're planning on doing it, you'll have to practice because if you put too much, you start to look like a panda.

    June
yeah, its safe, as long as you dont poke your eye when you put it on.

Makeup to accentuate greenish brown eyes?

What color eye liner and eyeshadow etc would really make them stand out?Makeup to accentuate greenish brown eyes?
u could use a dark green kohl pencil. my friend has greenish brown eyes, and it works perfectly for her. u could also try to use light blue..

but concerning eye shadow, stay away from green or blue shades, u don't wanna look like Cleopatra! try dark or light brown instead. i also use white eye shadow right under my eyebrows, this makes your eyes really stand out.Makeup to accentuate greenish brown eyes?
a light to medium brown liner smudged into the corners and then a jungle green shadow right under the brow bone (not the BROW the BROW BONE).
eye shadow=i would say that a greenish yellow and maybe emerald green, with brown eyeshadow dusted into the creases of the eye lids.';and if you want to be Fancy dust a little shimmer or glitter in the corners';.

eyeliner= you could actually use a black or brown to really make it POP but if you still want it to blend a little you should stick to a deep green or a light brown. :)

    happy applications!!
Plum/Purple is the best eyeshadow colour for green eyes. You want to stay away from greens because it will just de-emphasize your eye colour.

Gold or light brown would also look great with green eyes.
    eyeshodaw-purple/plum/grey

    eyeliner-black
Almay has a great eyeshadow set for brown or green eyes. You can also get the eyeliner and mascara to match. I have the set for brown eyes and I love it....it really accentuates my eyes. Good luck!!
i ahve green-brown eyes and i like to use balck eyeliner around my eyes and a darkish green on my lower inside lid. this seems to bring out the green in my eyes and make them look bigger and prettier!
I have green eyes, and think plums make them stand out more. Green is the worst because it never matches very well. If you don't want to use plums, try grey.
Use a dark green in the crease of your eye lid and a light green on your lid... i have green/hazel eyes and this makes them pop... Or use black in the crease and light green on the lid.
    red and dark purple
    plums/purples/pinky colors

for eyeshadows that make your eyes POP, you have to use a color wheel and whatever color is directly across from your eye color is what would make it stand out best

you could blend in a very pale shimmery green color on your brow bone for extra oomph

    http://realcolorwheel.com/colorwheel.htg鈥?/a>

    color wheel ^

almay has a set of eye makeup specifically made for people of different eye colors, I've had a lot of success with the blue, so you probably would with the green too. it includes a purple color, a dark green, and a pale green. (use the dark green sparingly on the crease of your eye of course)

Makeup tips .. dark green eyes and light brown hair :) ?

anyone wanna tell me how to make my eyes pop ?Makeup tips .. dark green eyes and light brown hair :) ?
A plum coloured eyeshadow will really help your eyes pop. Check out almay beauty products because they have a whole line for different coloured eyes.. they have mascaras, eyeliners, eyeshadows that are formulated to bring out the colour of your eyes. I have the pencil eyeliner and really like it and have heard good things about the rest of their products so you should go try them out. Makeup tips .. dark green eyes and light brown hair :) ?
A coppery bronze, and shimmer light-green gold will accent and highlight green eyes. And always, the maybelline liquid liner--Ultra Liner in black %26amp; waterproof on the top lid w/ mascara for bold lashes. Practice the liner though b4 you need to go, Getting the right amount on the brush and getting the swipe just right the first time takes some practice. But the waterproof liner peels off like latex after it dries so it's easy to get some practice in. Have fun.
    purple eye shadow

mascara and a little black eyeliner on the top lid.

a little brown liner on the bottom.

i know it sounds a little strange but try it it'll look great.

Whats the best makeup to bring out green eyes??

i have hazel eyes. when i feel like bringing out more of the green, i line my eyes with dark brown liner. (lancome's black coffee) and using just a tiny bit of a shimmery lightish brown (bobby brown is my personal favorite for all shadows). i suggest if you want a more youthful look, i'd go for the more pastel type colors. pale pink, lavender, light blue, etc.

GOOD LUCKWhats the best makeup to bring out green eyes??
Use a little bit of white shadow on the really light colored skin right under your eyebrow. Brown eye liner, with a bit of brown eye shadow on top. %26amp; a little orange on your lid to pop it out. It looks amazing! PROMISE!Whats the best makeup to bring out green eyes??
    brown
    i have green eyes

usually when I use pinks, purples, reds, and browns is when my eyes stand out the most

    some bright blues

and even some oranges and yellows but these don't work on every skin tone
I have green eyes too! The best thing is Purple! Browns are ';Ok'; but Purple is the BEST! good luck!!!!~~~~~~~
light pink it would look so good if u have kinda dark skin

Is E.L.F. Makeup Fake? (eyes lips face)?

Its All So Cheap, Almost Everything Being One Dollar. Is This Too Good To Be True? Fake? Or Are The Online Pics Decieving??Is E.L.F. Makeup Fake? (eyes lips face)?
No, it's definitely real. It's great for people who don't want to spend a whole load of money - I mean, who really wants to spend 20$+ on some powder? For twenty bucks, you can get quite a few items. It's definitely not going to be MAC quality, but at the same time, it's worth your dollar. Test out the things that you'd like to wear, and you can always play with it without feeling guilty that you're wasting it.

I haven't had any problems with ELF - there were no missing and/or broken products. The box delivered in a week or so, and I live in Canada.

Hope this helps. :)Is E.L.F. Makeup Fake? (eyes lips face)?
I have never bought anything from that website, but I think some of their stuff doesn't work.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPappDBp1鈥?/a>

In this video, she gives all the brushes a review. But I really can't say, because I've never tried them. I prefer to buy nicer, more expensive makeup, so I know it will last me a long time. But you might as well try a few products, and see if it works, since it's so cheap!
    No its not fake.

But it's not MAC, ill tell you tht much.

    must have:

    eyeliner pen

    primer/concealer

GIRLS!!! how can i take my makeup off without hurting my eyes and losing eyelashes?

i don't wear makeup often because i hate going home and having to take it off. how can i wash my face without my eyelashes falling out, smearing it all over the place, and hurting my eyes? i use a wash cloth and makeup remover. is there some sort of trick? thanks to anyone who can help me!!GIRLS!!! how can i take my makeup off without hurting my eyes and losing eyelashes?
Use oil free eye make-up remover and cotton ball. Soak the ball with remover and apply to make up. Wait a minute for it to soak. Gently wipe away make up. Wipe toward bridge of nose to avoid lines on eyes.GIRLS!!! how can i take my makeup off without hurting my eyes and losing eyelashes?
if you use cold cream and a wash cloth.

The cold cream does not hurt your eyes as much as regular makeup remover and you can massage it into your eyelashes without pulling them out. Then you can take off the cold cream with a soft wash cloth that is either damp or dry.

You can also use cetaphil as a makeup remover and it helps clean your face and does not hurt your eyes if it goes in it.
by sticking it in the shower
use a makeup remover like joh

    nson's.

and for the eye makeup,i can tell you a trick.

use an eye ointement, like terramycin....a physician told me before.

just rub your eyes, even from the inside,it doesn't matter,it's basically for the inside of the eye, then clean it gently with a cotton bud.

it will remove all eye makeup.
    click the link below

with this make up remover all you have to do is put some on a cotton pad, and gently press on your eye, BAM its gone !!great stuff !!

i use it all the time stuff

    http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc鈥?/a>
Use a cosmetic pad and don't rub your eyes harshly. (You'll just end up with irritated eyes) You could also try buying a make-up remover with a gentle formula.
    maybeline eye make-up remover.
ha, I got the same problem as you! but I know theres some special oil based eye make up and mascara removers which do not damage the lashes or eye area.
Use a cotton ball and dab some baby oil on it and carefully wipe off your eye make up
Ok this is silly (maybe to anyone w/out kids) but I use babywipes...
just use soap and water that's all I ever used.
I've been using Jergens All-Purpose face cream. It comes in a white jar with a pink lid. Dab a little on each eye and let it sit for a few minutes (2-3 minutes is fine). Then wipe off with a warm damp washcloth. It's very gentle.
Try Ponds makeup remover. There face pads that cleanse your face as well as remove make-up. I use them and they work great.
well it sounds funny but works for me use a baby wipe before you wash your face round the eye area its really gentle oh and not to sound mean but your mascara could be gone off or u could be using too much because when it clumps its hardest to get off
do u have aloe vera gel..... that might help...
I use these makeup wipes, they're like wipes in a container..maybe they will work for you
Use a special eye makeup remover for your eyes and don't ever scrub at your eyes, just barely wipe at them until the make up is gone. The Body Shop Chamomile eye makeup remover is awesome.
    use an eye makeup remover

    http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Tools/鈥?/a>

    or

    http://www.drugstore.com/qxp21834_332828鈥?/a>

both remove mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow gently without having to scrub. you can get them at cvs or your local drugstore. these are both non-oily products. some eye makeup removers are very oily, and they make me break out. these are oil-free
use mabeline eye make-up remover and a cotton ball and water
    I use Buff-Puffs!

They sound lame, but all they are is a face cleanser. All you have to do is take on Buff-Puff, put in under water, and scrub you face (gently, but not too gently so where you don't take any make-up off). Then rinse face and puff. And lastly through the Buff-Puff away. They remove make-up without hurting, pulling, or smearing your eyes. Just be sure to close your eye so no soap comes in!

    =)

You can get them at Ulta!
use the lotion type of makeup remover not the oil stuff wet the cloth and put a little dab of the remover on the cloth wipe your eyes and you should not lose any eyelashes then wash your face after your eyes are clean otherwise you will have smears all over your face good luck
just apply the make-up remover on your fingers and massage gently your eyes with small circular moves...then with a piece of cotton or better with a cotton pad remove (always) gently the remaining make-up remover...then rinse your face and you are ready...

    good luck!
I use a warm damp washcloth and Vaseline. Works everytime!!!!
Use your makeup remover properly and there should be no problem. Read the directions and purchase cotton balls or makeup remover pads.
    use a cleasing cloth
use ponds makeup remover clothes, i use them and they work so good i cant een explain it.
    lotion
I normally wash my face with my normal cleanser and my hands. I don't normally use a makeup remover, but it's possible. Wash your face like normal, and be gentle when you are working with your eyelashes. And I use a Q-Tip to get the eyeliner off. Hope this helps!!
A lot of makeup artists use baby wipes - they are cheap, non irritating and do the job. Are you wearing waterproof mascara? That s always a pain to remove. You can also try DHC deep cleansing oil - that will take off everything gently. t's what I use if I have more makeup than normal on (if was at an event or something )

I would stick to non-waterproof makeup except for special or hot occasions - it's more trouble than its worth and it does eventually damage your lashes.
i just use plain warm water for my eyes and then wash my face with a good cleanser.......
    lotion

    Makeup ideas for violet eyes?

does anyone have makeup ideas for violet eyes? I'm not sure what eyeshadow colors to wear with them, or what would look right, or if i should even wear any at all! any answers? oh, and by the way, they are NOT colored contacts. it's natural, i swear.Makeup ideas for violet eyes?
its best not to use anything

my eyes are a little purple

not violet tho, if you look at them close upMakeup ideas for violet eyes?
Violet eyes? If you say so. The best way of making your eye colour pop is to find your eye coulour on a colour wheel, then look at the colours directly across from it. Once you've identified the proper colours you can use the various shades of them(usually muted versions) to bring out your extraordinary eye colour!
well if you have violet eyes id love to see them cause thats fricken HOT!! but what would be gorgeuos is a gold honey colour that shimmers. and dont do black eyeliner it would look wierd do a colour like a gold, gold and purple are the most amazing colours together. besta luckk
If you have blue eyes with brown undertones I can see how they would maybe reflect violet. Anywho... try metallics... silver, antique gold, or just plain neutrals. Enjoy!!!
black, charcoal, brown, green, i dunno. also depends on the hair color
noone has purple eyes, its not in the gene pool, unless maybe you are albino, and in that case id wear dark makeup
    Cool....

umm...probably stick with golds and shiny metallic colors!!
try green, or diff shades of brown
    try black
    LUCKY!!!!!!!

i always do cat eyes an it gets a bit boring time after time though it looks good,

is there a good alternat to this? looking 4 something a little diffrent.

i have a very pale complection if this helps.

    thanx xxMakeup-cat eyes..?
Hmm, you could wear eyeshadow if you dont allready. Bright neons/pigments or black eyeshadow could potentually look good with cat-eyes. It depends mostly on your style though.

You could also try some false eyelashes over your cat-eye eyeliner.

    Makeup classes???? eyes....?

I want to learn how to do the smoky eye look and just other eye makeup. How do I go about or does anyone know where to go in dallas???????Makeup classes???? eyes....?
Go to youtube.com and search make up and eye make up they show you how to do really sexy eyes my fav is the arab cat eyes its the most exoticMakeup classes???? eyes....?
Do they have Ulta cosmetic stores there? They will help you.
I go to a make-up counter like Clinique or MAC and tell one of the make-up artist what sort of make-up I am looking for and ask them how to do it. If they aren't really busy with customers they are more then likely willing to help you out and show you how to do it. During the make-up sales and events is a good time to go because then you can get a bonus gift with your purchase, just ask when the next event is. But make sure you reserve a spot with them or else you may not be able to get a spot for the event.
    ?
i havnt the slightest idea have you tryed going to your local hair place they sometimes have cosmetic classes.
    http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-crea鈥?/a>

There was a good instructional video here. The smokey eye doesn't look great on the woman in the video, but it will show you how to try it out on yourself. Practice it first, try it one night when your home before you get in the shower. Practice a couple of times so you are comfortable doing it, and you get just the look that you want. Good luck.
you need a flat eyeshadow brush and some black eyeshadoww.

or you can try a pencil eyeliner and use a cottonball and rub it on your top and bottom eyelid :)
Use a cotton bud/smudger/finger on eyeliner, probably sticking to metallic greys for the smokey look.

Some people say to use foundation on the eyelid fist to give it a base, but don't use too much as it helps all the shadow collect in the creases of your eyes, then you have to do a lot of touching up all day and get eyeshadow on your fingers- or is that just me? lol

For most styles, start with a light coloured base and sweep it over the entire eye area, including under the eye from the inside out.(I find it's good to use a shiny or metallic one in the inside corners of your eyes as it makes them look brighter.) And then line the eye socket with a darker colour, using the natural shape of your eye; don't apply too much of a dark colour on the inside of the eye or you'll look like a panda that's been in a bar fight.

If I'm going for the light look, I stick to a light shade and just apply eyeliner on the outer corners of the eye, and mascara.

For the full on make-up, I usually use different shades of the same colour, or shades that compliment each other, golds, bronzes, pinks and purples, cream and brown etc. I always co-ordinate eye shadows with what I'm wearing, within reason.

E.g. today I wore a very light metallic warm peachy cream eyeshadow all over the lid, lined it with a precision bronze powder and used a warm brown on the outer socket area.

    SOME TIPS;

1]Always take your make-up off at night- otherwise you'll find your eyelashes fall out quicker and your pillow case black with mascara (Me? fall asleep drunk?! Never!)

2]Don't overload the brush with powder eyeshadow- it goes everywhere.

3]Experiment with different styles and colours until you're happy,

4] ask a good friend for an honest opinion!
ok, i was like that, but recently i when to my mom and asked her how to put on makeup. She said i could and we have a family friend who sales MaryKay makeup who would show it to me for free. Idk if there is someone in dallas, probably. Just ask your mom.
    go to youtube.

I have light skin, blue eyes, and blonde hair. I have a purple dress to wear. what makeup colors do i wear?

Its a PURPLE kind of purple. Like the purple in a rainbow, and I'm in a wedding tonight, Any suggestions for what colors I should wear for makeup? Thanks =]I have light skin, blue eyes, and blonde hair. I have a purple dress to wear. what makeup colors do i wear?
Well If i were you i would do a shimmer light gold over the whole eye then use a plum eye liner and it looks really pretty. I have done it before. it opens up your eyes and also adds a seductive twist. The plum and gold will look great together and also semi match your dress. remember you don't want to look to matchy matchy. after the liner put on lots of black mascara and a clear gloss to bring the attention towards your eyes.

Help needed! makeup tips to make my eyes look bigger!?

I have blue/grey eyes and I was wondering what colour eye shadows would make my eyes seem bigger and wider.

I already use mascara, eyeliner and eyelash curlers.

Thanks :)Help needed! makeup tips to make my eyes look bigger!?
Use black eyeliner on top and bottom eye line and then use black mascara. Help needed! makeup tips to make my eyes look bigger!?

    Things You’ll Need:

    * Eyeliner

    * Light eyeshadow

    * Dark eyeshadow

    * Mascara

    * False eyelashes

    Step1

Use eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim.

    Step2

Blend eyeliner with a cotton swab rather than leaving it as a harsh line.

    Step3

Avoid drawing eyeliner on the inner corner of the lower lid; instead, start the line at the beginning of eyelash growth or even closer to the middle of the eye.

    Step4

Use a light shade of eye shadow on the upper lid leading up to the brow, which will open up the eye. A darker color can be used in the fold of the eye.

    Step5

Consider wearing false eyelashes to give your eyes a more wide-eyed, innocent look. Be sure to use natural-looking eyelashes.

    Step6

Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler before applying mascara to give you the same effect as false eyelashes.

    Step7

Try a black mascara if brown does not bring out your eyes enough.

As a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. Many have found using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.

If you are looking for an edgier or more dramatic evening look, mixing black liner with a bright blue will give you a classic “ smoky” effect. You can also throw in some silver, fuschia, or turquoise if you are going out and want a funky nighttime feel.

    Hope this helped=)

    Wear goggles lol
use white waterproof eyeliner and draw it on your waterline. it makes an impression that your eyes look bigger and more awake.
Darken your eye liner then put mascara too.

    Pls answer mine everyone:

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…
you can either put black eyeliner on the top lid, %26amp; then put white on the bottom lid, put on mascra, and curl it.

or either, put mascra on bottom and top, black eyeliner on bottom and top, curl your lashes, then add blue/green eyeshadow, on top lid of the eye, and a little below the bottom lid.
A natural eyeshadow over your eyelid and black eyeliner on the top eyelid.

And dont forget a sweep of mascara.
have you try black eye liner and then add mascara
best thing would be to try eyelinerr and macara

and even put white illumination dots on the inner corner of your eyes, to make them look brighter
Eye shadow for blue eyes should include browns and taupes.

choose the lighter browns and bronze , it makes the eyes wider and more blue
Line your top lid with black liner, but a very thin line, take a white pencil and line the insides of your water table.Use a white shadow or cream/off white shadow for the inner and actual lid. If you use eyeshadow, smoke out the corner ends and the crease line with the color shadow.

I have Brown Eyes And Black Hair and light brown skin. Whats the best makeup for me?

    None!!!

;-))I have Brown Eyes And Black Hair and light brown skin. Whats the best makeup for me?
Soft pinks and earth colorsI have Brown Eyes And Black Hair and light brown skin. Whats the best makeup for me?
I suggest that you use shades of purple. With a light lavender on your entire lid, and a darker plum color along your crease. Don't forget to shape your eyebrows and fill them in with a pencil or powder to darken them slightly, your face is never complete until you pay attention to your eyebrows. I have similar coloring, and I use brown eyeliner and mascara because I think black is a little harsh. I hope this helps.
Silver eye liner or eye shadow would show up really good on your skin color
I'd say green and brown is nice.
I think light purple eyeshadow will look smokin hot on you.
I would say dark blues purples and greens or browns. My advice try out a coulple different thing and see which you like best
Try Sacha: www.sachacosmetics.com. They have a variety on looks and shades that would suit you.
i also have brown eyes and black hair, and olvie skin colur, can colors that look amazing and that really pop out are shimmers. try a white color and line the edges or the corner of the eye with a bronz. it will really make you eyes pop and make your health glow.
You sound very pretty just in your description. You probably don't even need makeup....*****.....just kidding. You could probably get away with a foundation, light shadow, some liner and gloss. But, like we have said to other people, go to the mall and have a makeup counter help you to find some cool shades that you normally would try otherwise. It is really fun too. Good Luck.
    I'd go with natural colors!!
Try the almay. They have colors that match your eye color.
as long as you don't overdo it. any light make up would do.
    you an go natural
I prefer using gold tones, maroons, and browns for my eyes. A dark mascara will bring out your eyes. Browns and maroons are best for your lips. As for blush, use a bronze for your cheek bones, t-zone, and under your chin.
dont wear makeup. its very nasty if ur older looking and the makep comes off and they see that ur way different. just go fr natural beauty.
On a regular basis, you should be using natural shades of lipcolor. since you have brown eyes, you should highlight them. you can use kajal, mascara etc acc. to the size of your eyes.

Shades like brown, beige and that family will give a better look to your eyes instead of using shades like pink and purple.

Night time you can use darker shades like maroons. Don't go on for bleaching your skin.

Use a foundation that has a slightly darker shade than your skin tone, like one with orange base.
i'd probably say natural tones and colors
As little as possible, let your natural beauty show.
Anything. Believe me, with this colors you can wear anything.

    You can try nataral colors

If that does not work try light colors or dark colors

Makeup tips for blond hair, blue eyes, and medium skin?

As you can see by my photo, you are describing me!! I absolutely love HeavenlyBoutiqueLtd's gold mine shadow--it REALLY makes the blue eyes BLUE!! Also, the shimmer powders really add a beautiful glow to the mineral foundations, which are 100% mineral--no fillers, not mineral based, but 100% minerals!! I tend to wear the warm or neutral tones, so golds, browns, taupes, even pinks are nice sometimes, but they have to have the blue undertones to go well with the blonde hair and blue eyes. I hope this helps!Makeup tips for blond hair, blue eyes, and medium skin?
    makeup::.

--Cheeks-- wear a peachy color or a rose color, nothing TO bright though.

--Lips-- wear a light pink or a clear color, red is alright if it has a hint of orange in it.

--Eyes-- wear browns,as far as eyeshadow, lighter colors look better with darker skin =)

hope I helped!Makeup tips for blond hair, blue eyes, and medium skin?
try pink blush reddish lipstick and light blue eyeshadow

I have chocolate brown hair, tan skin, dark brown eyes. how should i do my makeup?

i would like it if you gave me specific answers.

    like brands and stuff.

thanks=]I have chocolate brown hair, tan skin, dark brown eyes. how should i do my makeup?
I would go with like shimmery golds or browns. Victoria Secrets ';Beauty Rush'; in the gold color would be good color. Also I have brown eyes and hair and sometimes purples work out good especially purple eye liner. It makes your brown eyes really pop!!I have chocolate brown hair, tan skin, dark brown eyes. how should i do my makeup?
golds, browns and blacks usually look really good on tanned skin. M.A.C has an amazing variation of different colours. i have a friend who is really tanned and uses turquoise liquid eyeliner and she looks REALLY good with that.
make-up should always be worn based on of course what you wearing you should try all types of colors that's what makes make-up fun you never want to wear the same eye shadow all the time. if you have money go to M.A.C. and let them pick your foundation they can easily see what foundation goes well with your skin. M.A.C has the best eyeshadow they have a variety of colors and please when you do wear your eyeshadow please put some mascara on your eye lashes i cant stand seeing people wearing eyeshadow with no mascara on it really frustrates me! good luck but M.A.C has the best make-up

WHAT KIND OF MAKEUP IS BEST FOR HAZEL-GREENSIH EYES?

Well I have Greenish-Hazel Eyes and I really want to know what kind of makeup would be best to make them pop and to bring out the hazel in them?

ThankxWHAT KIND OF MAKEUP IS BEST FOR HAZEL-GREENSIH EYES?
Earthy tones such as browns, dark green, beige. Maybe some purples. Just play around with colors to see which is best for you.WHAT KIND OF MAKEUP IS BEST FOR HAZEL-GREENSIH EYES?
I have the same exact eyes and I use pink and white I organize it like this:

First I use a light baby pink all over my lid and then I use a creamy white for my highlight and I blend out the outer crease of the eye with that color.

Hope i helped! BTW ppl say use red to bring out green but never do that otherwise you look like you have pink eye lol :o)
There is a new line of Cover Girl that is called exact eye lights. There are specific colors you should get for your eye color. It tells you on the boxes. You can decide to get either the hazel or the green color, whichever you would like. From what i hear, it works really well.

    hope this helps. (:

    -- jenniee
    Hey :)

If you put purple eyeshadow on the eyelid then a little bit of green in the crease and blend them to together then (if you hav liquid eyeliner) put some on and make a cat eye(just incase you dont know what cat eyeliner is.... http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2007/stylewatch/trends/070129/angelina_jolie.jpg ....) it will look really great..and if you want u can just apply some mascara on your top lashes

    hope i helped x
for eyeshadow u should go with an opposite color, to make the color pop, if u have greenish-hazel i would go with something along the lines of a purple or plum, maybe even brown, but plum would make them pop
I have hazel eyes...browns, golds, bronzes look great, and sometimes deep purples and greens look okay.
Browns, greens, reds, golds, charcoal, black, and purple will bring out your hazel eyes.

Chap-stick on eyes to keep makeup on?!?!?!?

Ok so I recently saw a video of a girl putting chap-stick on her eyes before applying eye shadow to help it stay on longer. Then she smeared it under her eye to help keep the liner on the bottom. Have any of you done this? I don't want to just go smearing something oily on there for no reason! But my liner NEVER stays put on the bottom and it drives me nuts!Chap-stick on eyes to keep makeup on?!?!?!?
I've never used chap-stick. I do have a recommendation though:

    All you need is:

    Thin eyeliner brush

    Any color eyeshadow

    Little bit of water

Run the sink for a moment turn it off and dip your brush in the residual water left behind around the drain (you don't want your brush soaked just moist) then dip the brush in the eyeshadow and line your eyes as you see fit, let dry and you have stay put eyeliner!

You can do this for your eyeshadow too just use a bigger brush and let it dry(dries within seconds) when its done take a dry brush and soften the edges for a more natural look. It works great make sure you do your shadow before your eyeliner though you don't want to have to reapply the liner!

I know that any makeup store sales packs of makeup brushes so you should be able to find some easily!

Hope this helped!Chap-stick on eyes to keep makeup on?!?!?!?
Chap-stick is greasy and that actually makes your makeup crease and smudge.

If you don't mind splurging, I highly recommend a good eye makeup primer such as the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. You can purchase this at Sephora for $16. It makes your eyeshadow stay on and prevents it from creasing into the folds of your eyelids for HOURS. It also makes your eyeshadow appear more vibrant than just applying it to your bare lids.

If you don't plan to spend that much on a primer, you can also try using foundation on your eyelids, and then apply eyeshadow. It doesn't last as long as a primer but it helps. At the end of the day though, you may end up with the colour of your foundation and your eyeshadow colour mixed together in the folds of your eyelid.
i've never heard of that. But i dont suggest you do that. Buy URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION this stuff works and its worth. i think its about $16 @ sephora. or TOO FACED INSURANCE. you can also use MAC paintpot. but the best for me is urban decay. it makes you eyeshadow last longer. apply that and wait for about 2 minutes and the apply your eyeshadow. hope this helps! goodluck!
The best thing is eyeshadow primer
I wouldnt suggest putting chap stick.

Try eye shadow instead. That'll keep it on.
    no

    that starts to burn

    use an oil absorbing powder

    dip a qtip in it

and put it where u put ur eyeliner and stuff

I have eyes that are blue on the outside, green/gold inside, and brown spots inside. Makeup tips anyone!?

Okay. so my hair is a darkish brown, and my eyes are a light blue on the outside and fade into a goldish/greenish ring around my pupil. then i have brown dots around my pupil too. I love my eyes, and i really want to make them pop! along with any lipgloss/stick and eyeshadow tips, any other tips would be great!I have eyes that are blue on the outside, green/gold inside, and brown spots inside. Makeup tips anyone!?
    Showcase Those blue Eyes

The best make up tips for blue eyes draw attention to those peepers. If you have blue eyes try the darker matted colors and create a smokey eye effect. Your daytime look can be simple or dramatic. You can pull it off.

Pretty, springtime eyes can be created using some of the new pastel, frosted eye shadow colors. Try some of the new offbeat colors like pink or yellow. Use them to line all the way around your eyes.

You lucky gals with blue eyes have lots of makeup options. You can choose to wear eyeliner or not. A lot of looks that would be too harsh on a woman with lighter eyes, looks great on you.

Those of you with light blue eyes have such an unusual color it would be a shame not to highlight them. Definitely try the smokey eye look and experiment with lots of different colors. Use lots of muted shadow liners and crayons.

When you are creating a dramatic eye, or emphasizing the eye, remember to leave the rest of your makeup subtle. Too much all over makeup will just make you look too made up. To avoid looking clownish, never emphasize more than one part of your face at a time.

    Neutral Colors For blue Eyes

The best makeup colors for blue eyes are actually those that are neutral in color. Try colors in the blue family like ocean blue and waves. I try to somewhat match my colors for a coordinated look. This is not to say that your shadow should be beige, and your blush beige, and your lipstick beige. I鈥檓 not talking about a monotone color, just a coordinated one.

    Coordinate Your Colors

For instance, if you are wearing shadows from the blue family, try a peach blush. If you are wearing a more colorful shadow like violet or blue, use a berry or rose colored blush. Keep like colors together. Muted with muted; bright with bright.

Makeup for blue eyes really has few rules. You certainly are not bound by the rules that many of us with lighter colored eyes have to live by. If I tried some of the looks that you can get away with, I鈥檇 look like a raccoon.

When selecting eyeliner, you can go with dark blue for a natural look and black for a more intense look. And you can frame those eyes with tons of black mascara. You have the enviable position of looking both innocent and mysterious at the same time. Play it up and emphasize what you want!

There鈥檚 no excuse for you women with blue eyes to not play up that feature. Use dark shadow, light shadow, matte shadow, or shimmery ones. Just remember to avoid putting too much makeup on the rest of your face. Be sure to create balance with your look.I have eyes that are blue on the outside, green/gold inside, and brown spots inside. Makeup tips anyone!?
For such beautiful eyes, I suggest cat eyes - to get the perfect shape, first draw the outline of your cat eye with a grey liner, starting at the inner corner of the eye and flicking up at the edges. (Adjust the angles to go as dramatic as you wish) Once you've got it right, fill in with a black liquid liner and add waterproof mascara.

Get your lips moist with a fresh shade of rosy-pink lipstick and lots of sexy gloss on top.

May I also suggest a fresh-finished tinted moisturizer and add color and lots of shimmer under the cheekbones with a pale pink highlighting blush. The sparkly formula reflects light to subtly perfect the skin.
black makes everything stand out and wont clash with anything

  • I have really small eyes, what can I do with my makeup to make them appear larger ?

Keturah is absolutely right. if you apply a thin line of dark liner on the outer third of your eye right above your eyelashes, they will appear larger. If you want to wear liner underneath the eye, avoid a hard line, it will make your eye appear smaller. Instead, use a medium brown smudged out line underneath, smudge it down to about a centimeter. Instead of white eyeliner on the inner membrane of the eye, opt for a pale yellow. White is obvious, whereas yellow matches the sclera (white part) of your eye more closely. Finally, a lighter inner corner and darker outer corner of the lid will always make an eye appear more almond. See the eyliner in this image: http://www.wwsm.co.uk/books/products/5261.jpgI have really small eyes, what can I do with my makeup to make them appear larger ?
Makeup won't do anything. Eye-liner will.I have really small eyes, what can I do with my makeup to make them appear larger ?
Use white eyeliner under your other eyeliner. I'm not too sure if it works, but it's something I've read about.
All the advice about the white eyeliner is correct. Apply it to the inner rim of the eye, both top and bottom. Use a black or crown eyeliner ONLY on top very close to the lash line. Use a good black mascara. As far as shadow goes, use lighter colors. Anything illuminescent will be good. Light shimmery colors will bounce light off of them and make them look bigger. Try to not use dark shadows, but if you want to use a shimmery one.
Draw a line all around them with a Black eyeliner pencil. Use Black mascara. Use a Brown eyebrow pencil. Use a dark eyeshadow color. All of that will really make your eyes stand out!
read some very effective make up and more tips on this site to help you
Anything DARK not light. Black eyeliner, black mascara, dark blue eyeshadow, use and eyelash curler. put mascara on ur bottom eyelashes.uhmm... put black eyeliner on ur eyelids too. thats what i do ;) makes MY eyes look bigger. mine arent that small but it makes them bigger anyways. hope i helped u.
    eye liner and mascara
eyeliner on the top lid with some mascara
    eyeliner %26amp; macara
what tiffany* said. the white liner works wonders.
I know if you use a highlighting color right beneath your brow and in the corner of your eye (close to the tearduct) it brightens your eyes...makes mine look slightly bigger and brighter.
Use mascara to define your lashes and open up your eyes. Take white eyeliner and line your bottom lid.
Definitely go with a dark mascara that will lengthen, curl and separate. I recommend Cover Girl's new Lash Exact with the plastic-like brush instead of the nylon which can contain clumps. Line the bottom rims of your eyes with a bit-darker-than-natural eye liner, and follow that up on both lash lines with a black eyeliner. Use white liner or eyeshadow on the inside corners of your eyes to make them seem brighter.

If you're going for something really wild, brush a bright eyeshadow over your lids and up to your temple to draw the attention up and out, making your eyes appear even wider.

It's hard to perfect eye make-up, but practice will help. The day before a big night out, practice what you're going to do with your makeup for two reasons:

    1) so you won't get frustrated and have to start over again 50 times on the day of, and

    2) so you can experiment with different colors that will bring the eye color you want out.

    Good luck!
wear light make up and instead of puting ur eyeliner on the inside rim of ur eye put it at the base of ur eyelashes.
That one is so easy to answer just poke urself in the eye silly duh everyone knows that!!!!

The swelling will go down dont worry ur lil heart out
I'm kinda the opposite, but sorta similar. I have ginormous humongo eyes, that are the best feature of my face, and I try to draw alot of attention to them (I can't stand not having people look me in the eyes when we're talking, so it's a plus).

First of all, eyeliner, black, but not too much in that gross emo-y, punky, gothy or posery way. Just a quick dash with more towards the nose direction than the ears. Except, you would do the opposite, more towards the ears to make them look wider.

    Mascara, always helps.

Eyeshadow, works best with a color that compliments, is the same as, or accents your eye color. Again, your towards the top of the lid, and the ear to make your eyes look taller and wider.

Heh, you could always wear magnifying glasses over your eyes, except you wouldn't be able to see.
    Dark colored eyeshadow.
    Eyeliner
Poke the make-up in your eyes. This will make your eyes swell, which will make them look larger because they will be larger.
    mascara! big bold eyelashes??
Put a light eyeshadow on the inner corner of your top eyelids, and a darker shadow on the outside with a slight swoop. Finish off with mascara!
White eyeliner on the inner rims of your eyes, and then a dark pencil around the outer edges will let your eyes stand out more and look bolder, giving you the illusion of having big eyes :]

    * Eye Makeup Tips

    http://homebeautytips.blogspot.com/2006/鈥?/a>
Whatever you do, don't surround your eyes with eyeliner... believe it or not, that will make them look smaller, not larger. However, if you apply eyeliner on the top next to the lashes, starting at about a third of the way from the inner edge of the eye (the part closest to the nose bridge) and taking it to the outer edge of the eye and slightly beyond, this should help. Upper lid only! Finish it up with some mascara, and use some eye shadow (a couple of colors, one darker, one lighter, the lighter one higher up and the lower one just below the eyelid crease) to make those eyes really look wonderful. Alternately, visit the website listed below.

black liquid liner on top with a small cateye, and a retractible pencil liner on the bottom.

-with a black eyeshadow blend it in well all over your eyelid

-use a white as brow highlight (right underneath the brow)

-put a little white in the inner corner of your eyesss

-pull the eye slightly and slowly draw the cateye

-tug on your lower eyelid slightly and ';write'; the black lline on the bottom. the retracable eyeliners are nice and smooth and go on without a problem. great for beginners

    -finish with mascara
Choose a dark and light color. Take the Dark color and put it on your eye (the part you dont see when its open) put on up to the crease in your eye. put on the lighter color on the rest of the lid and smudge them together on the crease
    i dee;kayy . whenever i want

    to know something, like how

to do my makeup i go on youtube,

and look it upp . %26amp;it helps, major(:

    she's dropp, deadd, gorgeous(:

First she has green eyes and fake lashes on. She doesn't do her own makeup. If you really want a smoky eye then go to a good makeup counter and ask them, Not everyone looks good with a smoky eye done dark...some have to use a brown, my advice is go to a real good Dept. Store and ask at the makeup counter, they have woman that do that for you if you buy the product. Don't try it on your own...also my stylist knows how to do it. Bring your makeup to your stylist and ask her/him to show you how to do it.
    ewwww.....

    nice makeup... ugly model!!

okay.... first off a ot of that makeup is computer edited... its going to smudge in real life!

for a intense smokey eye.... MAC makeup is the absolut best!

    1. apply an eye primer all over your lid nd underneath the eye!

    2. use a shadestick (cream stick or eyeshadow by MAC) that isblack with golden or silver sparkles in it... all over your lid but the further away from your eye the lighter the application!

    3. then get a concentrated black eyeshadow and layer it over the exciting layer of cream shadow just like you did with the shadestick using less shadow the further away from the eye

    4. make sure you make the clean up the eyeshadow that went all over the place....

    5. i know it looks lke she used a grey above her eye crease but really its just the black fading away from her eye so make sure u have that transition going on

    6. line your eyes with a liquid liner (black)on the top and bottom maing sure the liner goes ALL the way around the eye... top should be thicker and put a wing out at the outside corner of your eye. make sure you dont put too much eyeliner on your bottom lashline....

    7. use a use a eyeliner pencil (black) in the watery part of your bottom lashline

    8. grab an angled brush and smudge a little bit of black eyeshadow underneath your lashline that meets with the rest of your eyeshadow

    9. curl your eyelashes!!! (for the smokey eye llok and SUPER long lashes)

    10. apply a hell of a lot of thicking and lengthening mascara!

fix anything up... (eyeshadow that got onto the rest of your face...)

    and thats it!!

    pretty simple actually...

as long as you have practice and good makeup (the drugstore stuff isnt going to cut it with this intense look)

    GOOD LUCK!!!!

this isnt exactly the same but i think its really close. it looks good so good luck =)
heavy liquid liner on both bottom and top, probaly fake lashes and alot of mascara and a gold tone eyeshadow and black eyeshadow,

first you do your bottom lid side to side with liquid liner, then the top i say go about 1/5 of the way up with eyeliner then if you want apply fake lashes into your lashline and then put on mascara for bottom and top the apply gold and black eyeshadows(1st gold then black) all over avoiding were the eyeliner is! Good Luck!!!

    How to makeup small eyes?

i have very small eyes. and sometimes its hard to put make up on them. for example, if i use eyeliner it smears a lot. or if i use dark eyeshadow i get the crease thing on my eyelid. how can i do my eyes so that it stays nice most of the day? and doesn't look all smeared. also, i have very dark brown eyes. what colors will make them pop? and how do i apply the make up on my small eyes? How to makeup small eyes?
For smaller eyes, I'd use lighter makeup (baby pink, light violets, golds, etc.) and some kind of highlighter on the bottom eyelid around your waterline area to make your eyes pop.

As for the creasing problem, try using a primer before applying.

A couple good primers are Urban Decay Primer Potion by Urban Decay or Shadow Insurance by Too Faced.

If you get an eyeliner, get a waterproof one. I got this one from Japan. It's like an eyeliner pen and it never smears. If you've got a Japanese retail store nearby, I'd go there definitely and check out their cosmetics.

To make your eyes look a lot bigger, I'd use some kind of waterproof mascara and/or fake eyelashes. How to makeup small eyes?
Oh that sucks. but there are a few things you can do to easily fix that. use waterproof eyeliner and mascara. It may seem to be a bit more of a hassle but trust me its worth it. For when you take it off at night get waterproof eye make up remover. Don't get the cheapest stuff you see, its terrible.

I would suggest The remover from the cosmetic line Mary Kay? look it up you can order one. Its a little pricey.

The other thing is when you wear eyeshadow use an eye primer before you apply it. (mary kay has a really good one) With all of this, you can jump into a swimming pool and your makeup will look fresh and new:)

as for colors, to make your eyes stand out useing the opposite color of your eyes makes them pop more. For yours use green or mabe purple.

    Hope I helped
don't put eyeliner like in your inner eye because that will make them appear smaller. try to avoid dark colours because it makes you eyes appear smaller also. with brown eyes basically almost any colour will make them pop like white, blue, green, purple. try putting mascara on the top and bottom lashes it helps open up the eyes.
You wouldn't want to put any eyeliner on or any eye shadow that is too exuberant beccause that would draw attention to you eyes.

I would use browny/misty colours on the eyes and maybe use some eyeliner only for making them look longer. You go to the outer side of your eye and draw a little line that goes slightly upwards. This makes you eye look larger than it actually is!
lets see... purples look really good with dark brown eyes and to get rid of the crease, don't put eyeshadow above the crease area, it looks a lot better trust me. then for eyeliner i use liquid black eyeliner. It dries quickly and really opens up my eyes. Use voluming mascara also
Try using waterproof makeup, it will not come off as easy, and rub onto your other skin. To make your eyes to seem bigger dont put alot of eyeliner on your bottem eyelid, it makes them seem smaller. Good luckk
if your eyes are brown then a lavender or mocha eyeshadow and brown mascara would look really good and also you could line the INSIDE of your eyes with white eyeliner that really makes your eyes look bigger.
One simple thing that makes a big difference is eye primer. Urban Decay has a cheapish version that I love.

Well, sounds exciting! Your eyes sound gorgeous! Always go for a natural make-up tone. Go with the bronze, browns and greens. For your foundation, always use a colour that matches your skin type and skin tone. You could also go for a tiny darker to give off more of a fuller look. Go for a liquid foundation and apply it with a make up wedge. I suggest using a cream colour but in a darker shade so maybe almost a tan but not completly that dark. sweep that over your eye lid and to your eyebrow. smudge with your finger and wash your hands. Dang i have to go! sorry! BYE contact me if ya dont get an answer your looking for :D
use a small brush or q tip. you should where gold eye shadow some mascara and some ye liner put the eyeliner right on the edge of your eyes use a vit of concealer under your eyes

What is the corect way to pay for going to a makeup counter to have your eyes done? by the way I am a male.?

You're going into a business and offering them money for products and services. That's the entire purpose of a business. Companies spend millions of dollars on advertising to get you to do what you're voluntarily walking in and doing. Be polite and explain what you want. Most businesspeople will be more than happy to oblige. What is the corect way to pay for going to a makeup counter to have your eyes done? by the way I am a male.?
Just walk up to them and ask to book a makeover session if you want to book in advance, or ask if they can do something there and then.

There's nothing to be embarrassed about. if you have the courage to walk around in public wearing eye makeup, asking a sales assistant should be a piece of cake.

These people have seen all sorts anyway. You won't be the first or last male to book a makeup session.

What is the corect way to pay for going to a makeup counter to have your eyes done? by the way I am a male.?
you can call in advance for an appointment or just go to the counter and ask for help. i have taken my husband in for makeover on numerous occasions. always for a full makeover and even false eyelashes. i prefer MAC because they are non judgemental and their products are awesome
    You're a guy so don't do it.

Sorry to be rude but people will think you're a loser.

I'm gay but guys trying to be chicks is a total embarrassment and gives gays a bad name.

i have just about the same hair, eye, skin color as you...i wear light base, pinkish eyeshadow, and mascara
pale colours; baby blue, baby pink or light purple
You need light colors and not alot of it. Just enough to add color.
I have the same features as you. I go with colors that accent my eyes also they are warm and natural colors.

Tans, Browns, creams, light shades of greens. I also use a dark gray or black to blend in with my other eyeshadow I am wearing at the outer corners of my eyes. I always blend at least three colors. One for my eyelid, crease and upper level by brow.

    I hope this helped.
I have the same features, so I pulled out my makeup bag. Lancome's Dual Finish Powder in Matte Buff II; Chanel Joues Conraste Duo Blush in 4504; Almay Intense i-Color Liquid Liner in raisin quartz; Chanel Quadra eye shadow in Fascination; Borghese mascara in brown/black; Goldie brand lipgloss in Nylon. Have fun!
My natural coloring is exactly the same as yours. Besides the whole foundation/powder/concealer thing, I have 3 eye looks I use: brown, purple %26amp; silver. With each of these I use a lighter, shimmery shadow under the browbone and a darker one on the lid. I also use eyeliner and black mascara. On my cheeks the best thing every is Tarte Gel Blush in Blushing Bride. Lipsticks that have looked good are Clinique in Fizzy or Tenderheart. I'm a redhead now so it's been awhile :)
