When some people put on too much makeup don't you think their eyes look like they are upside down?

I think it depends on how they put it on. If it's not blended properly and most of it has travelled to the outside corners of the eyes, then yes it does tend to look like they have droopy eyes (I'm assuming this is what you were trying to say?). Or maybe if they put on too much eye makeup but only on the bottom part of their eyes, then that would give them that drag-like effect too. If applied properly, it can look alright (I'm not a big fan of too much eye makeup myself).

No they just look like pandas lol! I have a picture that I got in a magazine and they ask what is wrong with this womans face, there doesnt look like anything is but when you turn it upside down you are completely weirded out!!!
no. have you been staring at made up eyes a little much? it all depends on how you think eyes should be. if someone has eyebrows that go up and eye makeup that accents that, then eyes tilt upwards. if you think eyes should be droopy, and eyebrows looking 'sad', then i can see where you get this idea from.
