um well.........u can go to the mall or ask ur mom or u friend thats a girl to borrow some foundation powder would probably be the best and just get a powder brush and brush it on where u want to cover it up!!!

I dunno. I've never had to cover up a black eye. If you just used some cover up and powder you would probly be fine..get your mom or a girl you know to do it for you.
