Eye-liner and/or Mascara works...And blush a tint darker than your skin would also work very well. Consider that wearing darker colors makes your eyes stand out :D I'd say use a company like 'The color workshop' or 'Avon' ... Avoid Rimmel though.
first of all you are so lucky that you have green eyes.haha.you should try some dark brown eyeshadow from mac.those eyeshadows have high pigments and work well. oh and maybe like purple eyeliner from mac too
Consider starting with a peach color for your eyeshadow. Peach can be darker or lighter, depending on your specific needs.
sounds weird but purple looks well. Earth tones go with every eye color. Green works also veryyy good on green eyes! Hmmm let me think. I (green-eyed) also use blue, but it's hard to find the right shade.





By the way, I don't think the color defines if you're eyes bringing them more out. You should look at other types. I think it has more to do with the liner. Use a white liner on your under waterline to make em bigger :D And black on your upper waterline, so your lashes will look more full

Taupe coloured eyeshadow, not kidding at all. It's amazing. If your willing to spend try MAC.
Plum or amethyst eyeliner looks nice with greenish eyes :)
Dark brown or a deep purple as well as some gold shades, avoid sparkly eye shadows. green eyes are beautiful.
