Makeup to make eyes appear big?

I have really small eyes; I'm Korean. How can I make them appear bigger and brighter with makeup?Makeup to make eyes appear big?
Rim the lower inside of your eyelid (above your lower lashes below) with white pencil.


Use white shadow on the inside corners of your eyelid. along with neutral shades for the rest of your eyelid and lots of mascara!





Also tweezing your eyebrows correctly at the highest point of the arch makes your eyes really pop!

The trick is, is to find the color that accentuates YOUR own eyes and makes them pop. I'm assuming you have deep brown eyes, so use a deep violet eye shadow on the eye, medium brown above the eye, and a light tan at the corner of your eye. Use a deep violet for eyeliner and mascara. This will really make your eyes pop. Get the Almay intense i-color play collection for brown eyes. It's inexpensive and it looks great! Hope I helped!
the rule of thumb is that dark colours make your eyes appear smaller, and lighter colours make them appear bigger. i would suggest a shimmery pink orr nude for the eyeshadow. curl your lashes, and maybe even apply some individual clusters of false lashes to the outer corners of the lash line. finish with some black mascara !

There are some exercises to make your eyes bigger if you search it on a korean site. :/ Dunno if it works.
if you put eyeliner on your lower lash line, get it as close to your lash line as possible, that makes your eyes look bigger. its cool that ur from korea tho. im from the USA
To make your eyes pop out and make them seem bigger than what they really are, apply dark-colored eye liner. Maybe even mascara!
